Our Expertise


At our company, we are backed by in-house professionals, who conduct sampling of our products in every 3-4 days to ensure the consistency of our products. This is why we have been accredited with ISO 9001:2015 certification.


We have our base established over 20,000 square feet of area in Maharashtra, India. With a mixing capacity of 3 tons/day and our technologically advanced kneader mixing mills, conventional extruders, autoclave, microwave extrusion line, stage tyre flap molding machine with therming fluid boiler, etc., we have gained the ability to enhance our productivity.

Testing Instruments

As aforesaid, our in-house quality controllers keep a tab over all the processes to ensure that our product line stands up to the industrial quality standards and also the customers' expectations. Our products are highly demanded because of their dimensional accuracy and profile shape maintenance. As per the nature of profile, our quality controllers monitor the profiles for every 100 to 200 meters. All the records are carefully maintained for future references.

Production Process

Following are the stages of our production process:

  • Procurement of natural/synthetic rubber and other chemicals is done.
  • Compounding is done to produce the compound in the form of sheets.
  • After, compounding, the sheets are either mold or cut into strips.
  • If sheets are cut into strips then, these undergo the process of vulcanization or extrusion.
  • Once the process of extrusion is completed, these are converted into rubber profiles and then flocked as per the customers' requirement.
